Terms of Use
These terms explain the rules for using Dog Arcade. By using the site, you agree to them.
Effective date: 19 September 2026
Using the site
Dog Arcade gives you free access to browser games and written guides for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You don't need an account. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its normal operation, for example by attempting to overload it, bypass security measures or scrape it in a way that harms the service.
Games and scores
Games are provided for fun. Scores, favorites and other progress are stored only in your browser and can be lost if you clear your browser data, switch devices or use private browsing. We don't operate global leaderboards, and we can't restore lost local data. Game rules, difficulty and scoring may change as we improve the games.
Intellectual property
The games, code, artwork, text, logos and design of Dog Arcade are owned by Dog Arcade or used with permission, and they are protected by copyright and other laws. You may play the games and read and share links to our pages. You may not copy, re-host, frame, modify or redistribute the games or content, or present them as your own, without written permission. See the copyright policy for more.
Links and advertising
The site may contain links to other websites and, when enabled, advertising supplied by third parties. We aren't responsible for the content, products or privacy practices of third-party sites or advertisers.
No professional advice
Dog Arcade is an entertainment website. Our games and guides are not animal training, veterinary, behavioural or animal-care advice. Please read the disclaimer.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep the games working and the information accurate, but we don't guarantee that the site will always be available, error-free or compatible with every device and browser.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dog Arcade is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including the loss of locally stored game data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Health notice
Like many video games, fast arcade games contain flashing effects and quick motion. If you have a history of photosensitivity or motion sensitivity, please take care, take regular breaks and stop playing if you feel unwell. You can enable your device's reduced-motion setting, which the site respects where possible.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new terms.
