Dog Jumping Games: Beginner Guide
Jumping means something different in every game. Meet the four kinds of jump on Dog Arcade and the first habit to build for each.
Your puppy bounces all by itself. Steer it left and right onto the next platform, grab the treats, and see how high you can climb before you miss a landing.

Puppy Jump is a vertical bouncing game played on a tall screen. The camera only ever scrolls upward, so every platform you pass becomes a fall hazard once it leaves the bottom of the view. The first few platforms are wide and evenly spaced so you can get a feel for the steering before anything tricky appears.
You earn one point for every metre of height, shown in the Height read-out, plus 10 points for each treat. Height markers appear every 50 metres and a banner marks each new 100 metres early on.
Plain platforms are always safe. Higher up you will meet moving platforms that slide back and forth, crumbling wooden platforms that break after one bounce, and occasional spring pads for a super bounce. The difficulty setting changes how wide the platforms are, how far apart they get as you climb, and how soon the special platforms start: on Easy moving platforms begin around 140 m and crumbling ones around 240 m, while on Hard they appear from about 50 m and 90 m. Easy also adds more spare platforms beside the main route.
The sky slowly shifts from daytime blue to sunset and then to a starry night as you climb, which is a handy sign of how far you have come. Your best score is stored in your browser for each difficulty.
You do not need to. The puppy bounces automatically whenever it lands on top of a platform. You only steer left and right.
Brown wooden platforms with cracks are crumbling platforms. They give one bounce and then fall away.
The climb has no top. A run ends only when the puppy falls below the bottom of the screen.
