It is raining tennis balls in the backyard. Slide your dog under every ball, treat and bone you can, and keep well clear of soap bars and spiky cactus balls.

Dog Ball Catch is a quick catching game set in a sunny backyard. Items drop from the sky and your dog slides left and right along the grass to catch them. It works with the keyboard, with a mouse (the dog runs toward the pointer) and with a finger dragged anywhere on the game.
Tennis balls are worth 10 points, paw treats 15, bones 20 and the rare golden ball 50. Every five catches in a row raise your combo multiplier by one, up to x5. Soap bars and cactus balls cost a life when caught and reset the combo. You start with three lives and can hold up to five by catching the heart power-up. The purple clock slows everything down for five seconds.
The fall speed, the number of items and the share of bad items all rise over time, with a Faster! banner every 30 seconds.
Your best score for each difficulty is saved in your browser.
No. Lives are only lost by catching a soap bar or a cactus ball. On Medium and Hard a missed goodie resets your combo, and on Easy it has no penalty.
Each goodie caught without a miss or bad catch in between counts toward your streak. Every five in a row adds one to the multiplier, up to x5.
